Return & Exchanges (online purchases)

At FIG, returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Garments must not have been worn, washed or damaged, and tags must still be attached. Please take note that exchanges are only accepted if the request exchange item is the same style, in a different color or size.
Exchanges and returns are now done directly online. Exchanges can be returned for free, and returns are at a fix rate of $ 7.99 (amount that will be withheld from your refund for the returned garment).
To return or exchange an item, please follow the next steps:
- Put the item back in its original packaging;
- Circle the items to return or exchange on your packing slip included in your original order and add it in your package;
- Go to https://figclothing9m.returnscenter.com/ or click on the button above and follow the indicated steps;
- Once the exchange or return is approved, a prepaid label will be emailed to you. All you have to do is print and stick it on your package and go to a Canada Post counter or mailbox to ship it.
ATTENTION - Masks, towels, and items in promotions at 50% off and more are final sale - they are neither exchangeable nor refundable (this will be mentioned on the product page if this is the case).
Shipping policy
FIG offers free regular shipping for orders overs $50 (before tax) across Canada the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
Deliveries to Canada are made with Canada Post. You can choose between three types of delivery: Regular (Expedited), Xpresspost or Priority. Delays and prices will be communicated to you when confirming your order. If you are not home during the delivery, your order will be deposited at a post office near you. You can pick it up during their opening hours.
