SHIPPING POLICY

FIG offers free regular shipping for orders overs $80 (before tax) across Canada the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).

Deliveries to Canada are made with Canada Post. You can choose between three types of delivery: Regular (Expedited), Xpresspost or Priority. Delays and prices will be communicated to you when confirming your order. If you are not home during the delivery, your order will be deposited at a post office near you. You can pick it up during their opening hours.

For US orders we choose the best courrier based on your location and shipping delays. A flat rate of $12 (CAD) is added to your invoice if you don't meet our minimum of $80 (CAD).

ONLINE PURCHASES

At FIG, your satisfaction is our priority. That is why we offer you the possibility to return your item within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must not have been worn or altered and tags must still be attached to it.

To return your item, place it back in its original package and follow the instructions written on the order form. Shipping charges for the return will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.

***ATTENTION - Some products that are in the PROMOTIONS section are FINAL SALES. In that case, the item will not be refundable or exchangeable. (The words FINAL SALE will be written in the description of the product)
